That story is fantastic, and slightly nauseating. It was a creative idea, but E. Coli vs. Alcohol...E. Coli might be more dangerous...still, I would've done this though because she had no reason to spike your water. -

Wow spiking your water with vodka is so risky and dangerous. Your lifewas at risk everytime without your knowledge. That could have been a very danger situation for you. So scrubbing up the sink and bathroom eminities with her tooth brush can not compare.
